Posted on 03/06/2018

West Coast University-Ontario nursing students in their final term got the opportunity to speak with registered nurses from Victor Valley Global Medical Center and two West Coast University alumni who were recently hired by the facility.

Presented by WCU-Ontario’s Career Services department, WCU alumnus Jenny Asuncion and Shaleena Bonjour shared with the Nursing 492 class why they love working at the medical center in Victorville. The group also discussed employer expectations, the hospital’s hiring process, which units are hiring, what training VVGMC provides new graduate RNs and the hospital’s culture.
